Mitigant Risk Solutions is led by Steve Monteiro, MS, NRP, a healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience in emergency management, hospital operations, and disaster response. Steve has led enterprise-level emergency management programs at nationally recognized healthcare institutions and supported organizations during large-scale incidents, prolonged disruptions, and federally declared disasters.
